- Do you check working conditions at your factories?
Yes, working conditions are documented as part of the quality control process for each production batch. We’re in regular contact with our production partners and ensure that basic standards are being followed.
- Why don’t you offer powder coating on your cups?
Powder-coated cups may look nice at first – but in everyday use, they quickly show scratches, stains, or wear, especially with children.
Our bare stainless steel cups maintain their sleek, clean look even after heavy use – with no chipping or fading.
- Are your cups dishwasher safe?
Yes – our stainless steel cups are 100% dishwasher safe. No warping, no fading, no damage – just toss them in and you’re done.
- What age are the cups suitable for?
